Carry On....: March 2012

Last post 1/16/12. I apologize to the stalkers, I am not keeping you entertained.

So much to catch up on...

Mattellen is just Mattellen. That child keeps me on my toes. Let's see, she has accused me of being weird in which I let her know that she had no idea how weird I really am. Then, she claims I am awkward. Again, she has no idea. Wait until she is about 11 or 12 she will really think I am awkward. She now has a tube in her ear. First ear infection ever. Seriously. I guess when we do something we do it right. Get an ear infection and go all out...why not? Anyway, she has a new best friend every day. I am totally being serious. Little girls drive me nuts. I honestly do not remember being this dramatic at 7. Apparently, during jump rope for heart she and her little friends had a falling out. Mattellen made it a point to tell me that she didn't cuss or punch anyone. I said 'great, I am glad you didn't' Geez...

Hayden is just Hayden also...I don't have any major updates on him. He is still cute as a button! Still, hard headed and sweet as can be!

Kevin and I. Still in love. Still married (That is a plus!) We finally decorated our house...somewhat. I am not a decorator by no means. I just flew by the seat of my pants...bought whatever I thought looked good- bought some stuff I wasn't real sure about and I love it!!

We have been so busy...wait let me rephrase that- I HAVE been SO busy. I feel like I work non-stop. I don't think I have made it home before 7pm in over a week. I hate that. I like to come home, cook dinner, spend time with my little family, hug my husband and not just kiss him goodnight. Dance with Mattellen, play hang man (our favorite game), and not just tell her to take a bath a go to bed. BUT work has been crazy busy and I have to do what it takes to make things happen. Enough of that, everyone works. Everyone has to put in extra hours, so I am done complaining.

Yep, she is 7. I already have my hands full...

Who has not played a classic game of Mash. By the end of this game she had me married to Kevin (awesome), driving an 'ex lade' (escalade), 5 kids, and a boa snake as a pet. Sweet. I am just thankful I wasn't stuck marrying Ce-Lo. His little arms and hands creep me out.
